Role Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and user-obsessed Product Onboarding Assistant for a full-time remote position at CryptoXpress. This role plays a critical part in helping new users understand and experience the core value of our platform — from crypto trading and gift cards to booking hotels and flights with digital assets.

You will work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to optimize onboarding flows, reduce friction, and drive early user activation across mobile and web.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document new user journeys to identify drop-off points and usability challenges.
• Support the design and testing of onboarding flows, tutorials, and tooltips that guide users through key features.
• Benchmark onboarding strategies of leading fintech, crypto, and travel apps to identify improvement areas.
• Assist in creating content for welcome emails, in-app messages, and push notifications tailored to onboarding stages.
• Help organize A/B tests and track results related to onboarding performance (e.g., KYC completion, first transaction).
• Collect and synthesize user feedback, support tickets, and app reviews to uncover onboarding-related friction.
• Work with analytics dashboards to monitor key activation metrics (Day 1, Day 3, Day 7 retention).
• Propose improvements to product copy, button placement, and educational UX elements.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of UX principles, product flows, and user journey mapping.
• Experience using onboarding or behavior analysis tools (e.g., Hotjar, Mixpanel, Firebase).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Passion for crypto, fintech, or product-led growth strategies.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, design, and marketing teams.
• Experience in a user-focused product, design, or growth role is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred but not required.
