As a Funda, you will play a vital role in helping us to raise funds for our organization and make a positive impact in the community. You will work closely with our team to identify potential donors, cultivate relationships, and secure donations that will support our mission. Responsibilities Manage and maintain donor relationships Communicate effectively with potential donors Create and implement fundraising strategies Organize fundraising events Create and manage fundraising campaigns Manage donor databases and files Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s mission and goals Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and planning abilities Ability to work independently and as a team member Proven experience in fundraising Familiarity with donor databases and fundraising software Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings Bachelor’s degree in fundraising or a related field preferred
