Job description :Skills:

• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and PR Campaigns

• Should have overall knowledge of Website optimization/performance, On-Page optimization, Off-page optimization, Social Media Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, and Web Analytics.

• Experience with link-building processes, keyword generation, internet marketing, and Search Engine optimization techniques (preferably Google), and competitive analysis is a must.

• Should be able to handle Google optimization, Yahoo, Bing, Reciprocal Linking Management, Directory Submissions, Planning and Implementing Internet Marketing Strategies

• Develop, implement and optimize paid search campaigns on Google AdWords and other channels.

• Should be strong in technical and analytical skills with a proven track record for SEO with the latest market trends.

• Good knowledge of HTML and CSS skills, proficient with Wordtracker, Google keyword tool, and other SEO tools.

• Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers

• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on SERP

• Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.)

• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website

• Proven experience as Digital Marketing Team Leader or similar role

• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

• Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords and email campaigns and SEO

• Managing SEO and SMO projects for International Clients and handling the team.

• Building overall marketing strategies to increase the Traffic and ROI for clients.

• Work allocation to all team members

• Account management: Understanding client requirements, translating them into Internet marketing strategies, building client relationships etc.

• Training team members in various aspects of SEO and Online Marketing

• Boost team morale, address team grievances
