Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Magento Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Magento Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the successful execution of Magento e-commerce projects. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your preferred location.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Magento e-commerce projects, from initiation to delivery, ensuring all project milestones are met efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project objectives and scope.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and task assignments, while closely monitoring progress.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues to maintain project timelines and deliverables.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to provide updates, address challenges, and ensure seamless communication among team members.
• Act as a primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, managing client expectations, gathering requirements, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource utilization to maximize project efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Magento e-commerce to drive continuous improvement in project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record as a Project Manager, handling Magento e-commerce projects for at least 2-4 years.
• In-depth knowledge of Magento e-commerce principles and platforms, with hands-on experience in managing Magento-based projects.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate effectively with clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving project-related challenges.
• Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and quality in project deliverables.
• Previous experience in remote work or a strong inclination towards remote work arrangements.
