Full Job Description
1. To systematically develop robust homologation approval process for future mobility segment, capture statutory requirements, type approval applications subsequently execute testing against standards (domestic international), 2. Analyse/interpret testing and mitigate solution for a problem during homologation test in a timely manner, plan deliverables towards business needs from time to time.
JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Conversant with Homologation process for domestic markets specially for Electric Vehicles. 2. Complete planning of vehicle certification activities for all base and variant models with respect to Components, systems & whole Vehicle 3. Good knowledge of EV Buses and Powertrain components like batteries, motor, controller etc. 4. Preparation, upkeep of legislative updates necessary for homologation & other compliances. 5. Keep track of certifications of Vehicles/Systems & Components 6. Study various engineering changes, impact analysis, budgeting & planning of testing & homologation. 7. Prepares regular reporting to superiors. Adhere to departmental process and guidelines. Upkeep of all documentation, report & certificates in soft form and in physical form. 8. Must have experience in 2W automotive technical experience, it can in homologation or testing at OEM level 9. Experience with Vendors towards testing and ARAI certifications. 10. Testing and reporting on the products on continuous basis
IDEAL CANDIDATE: 1. BE / B.Tech / Mechanical / Automobile / Industrial Production. 2. Experience: 3 to 5 years in vehicle validation in commercial vehicle industry. Skills and Knowledge: 1. Good Interpersonal and Communication skills. 2. Knowledge of the CMVR Standards EV Vehicle. 3. To be well conversant with the Homologation/Validation Centres 4. Exposure to Cross-functional and multi-cultural working environment. 5. Good Team Player and comfortable to work in Plant environment.
