RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing Vendor Invoices.
• Ensuring invoices are as per organization’s policy before processing the payment.
• Ensuring all IFC controls are in place.
• Tracking and following up for Purchase Orders.
• Ensure correct account of all vendor invoices including GST, reverse charge and TDS.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Reconciling associated GL account and taking necessary actions.
• Providing input for monthly accruals.
• Ensuring smooth AP month end close.
• Providing weekly reports related to Accounts Payable.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant.
• Experience Level: 0 – 1 years of experience.
• Attention to detail and research expertise.
• A good team member with highly effective communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word) and database software.
• Candidate should be from Delhi NCR Region.

KEY POINTS TO NOTE:

• Shift Timings: 11:00 am – 7:30 pm.
• Saturday & Sunday Fixed Weekly Offs.
• Work from Home, though there may be a future date when they may come into the office from time to time.
• Candidates from Delhi NCR will be given preference.
• Salary Budget: INR 6 Lacs per annum
