Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Property Listing Specialist at The Golden. The Property Listing Specialist will be responsible for listing, updating, and maintaining property data in the company’s database. Daily tasks include entering property data, verifying accuracy, and organizing data effectively to ensure smooth business operations.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry and Maintenance:

• Accurately enter property details, including location, pricing, property type, size, amenities, and other relevant information into the newhomeinfo.in and thegolden.in websites backend.
• Regularly update and maintain property listings to reflect the latest availability, price changes, and any other modifications.

2. Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that all property listings meet high data quality standards, including correct spelling, grammar, and consistency in format.
• Verify the accuracy of information by cross-checking with property documents, databases, and other sources.

3. Image and Media Upload:

• Upload high-quality images, videos, and virtual tours for each property, ensuring that media files are properly labeled and optimized for web display.
• Maintain the integrity of visual content by checking for image resolution and file size standards.

4. Timeliness:

• Ensure that new property listings are entered and published in a timely manner to keep the website’s inventory up-to-date.
• Prioritize tasks based on urgency and deadlines, coordinating with the property management team to meet timelines.

5. Data Validation and Error Resolution:

• Identify and correct data entry errors or inconsistencies, conducting regular audits to maintain the accuracy of the database.
• Resolve discrepancies in property information by liaising with real estate agents, brokers, and other stakeholders.
