Full Job Description
The goal is to contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by managing any risk, contingency and ensuring the regular business machinery keeps running smoothly through efficient administration.What you will do: *Manage and prioritize sensitive and complex issues, information, and tasks in a professional and objective manner on a day-to-day basis.Ideate, manage and implement in-house and external events, initiatives, and programs along with the team leaders, director, and relevant teams involved.Ensure the directorial tasks taken up by the reporting manager are running smoothly with regular updates and communication to all stakeholdersAttend meetings and record notes and messages for managers and senior-level officers.Maintain Director’s office systems, including data management and filing. Ensure necessary documentation of tasks and projects as advised and required as per good documentation practices.Ensuring and managing administrative including travel arrangements for the Director; overseeing and preparing reports and budgets as designed for a program and process.Required Competencies and Skills:Comfortable working on Google Workspace and MS Office toolsStrong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearlyGood administrative qualities of prompt communication, conflict resolution, eye for detailsExcellent communication skills; fluency of speech, good listening skills. Able to garner consensusAbility to enable professional interactions with a wide range of contacts, both internal and externalMost of all personnel should have a fire in the belly to create and show impact effectively and efficientlyExperience3-5 years of working plus internship experienceBachelor’s degree/ Vocational degree / Diploma*Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:Fixed shiftExperience:Administration: 2 years (Required)Speak with the employer+91 9336454288
