Software Engineer (OO/C++) Stuttgart, Germany €70,000 per annum How would you like to work for one of the leading companies within an embedded environment, ATE engineering and testing? You’ll be working within a team of up to 10, primarily communicating in German so you’ll either be fluent in German or able to communicate effectively in German. You will be fully immersed in the software area, Common-Digital and will learn about the digital hardware boards. For this purpose, you’ll be provided with an experienced employee as mentor. Very soon you will be given your first software development tasks where you will get to know the entire software development cycle whilst working together with experts from the embedded and hardware teams to integrate software and hardware in to their complex robotic machinery. Then step by step you will take over more complex tasks in the Scrum team, you will design, program and test functions for the control and measurement of signals on the digital cards. Writing, executing and testing code to verify the functionality of software will also be a key part of your role. What’s in it for you? About you First and foremost you’re a passionate C++/OOP engineer looking for a well-established company to progress your technical abilities in. You probably come from an engineering degree background but may have studied in the field of computer science or electrical engineering. You have gained practical experience in software development using OO concepts and implemented C++. You have knowledge in the field of digital signal processing and electronic circuits.
