Protium Looking For Vice President Policy at Mumbai, Maharashtra, Full Time
Role & responsibilities
1. Policy, Portfolio Management & Process Improvement.
2. Partnerships and Co-Lending
3. Introducing new Products & Credit Policies along with their system implementation for Secured and Unsecured Business
4. Amendment, Review and Renewal of existing Credit Policies and Processes by conducting competitor benchmarking and studying ongoing market trends
5. Managing BC arrangements & Co-Lending with Banks & NBFCs w.r.t aligning hybrid policies, providing organizational & system walkthroughs, addressing partner queries, execution of MSAs and Product notes.
6. Managing the business pipeline for Partnerships and Co-lending arrangement by identifying and allocating eligible portfolio, timely resolution of queries and obtaining sanction & disbursal approvals by coordinating with internal & external teams.
7. Monitor the portfolio built with the partners with monthly bounce trends and collection feedback
Preferred candidate profile
- Min 7 years of experience in NBFC/ Banking
- Product knowledge secured & un-secured business loans
- Should have knowledge in Partnerships and Co-lending
- Highest qualification CA and above
