College graduate or undergraduate, with up to 1 year of international call center experience Should have excellent communication and English speaking skills Knowledge of basic computer operations Making out-bound calls as per the process requirements, and hitting the specified number of right party contacts on daily basis Good listening and responding skills Should be willing to take up challenges and go the extra mile to perform work responsibilities Should be target oriented and can join in next 15 days.

Experience in US calling background with Customer Support/Technical Support / Transfer Agent / Soft selling etc.
