About the role:

We are looking for a highly energetic Salesforce developer for the core product line of our organization, where we will be working on bleeding edge technologies and leading the charge of innovation in the Test Automation industry. This role drives the engineering delivery and works closely with the product team.

What you’ll do:

You will be a part of a team developing our Salesforce based product. You will be an integral part in advancing our technical delivery. Along with writing and deploying code, you will be responsible for technical design and feasibility, championing modern patterns and principles, delivering value to the business quickly (without sacrificing quality), and you will lead by example in how we work. A typical day is a mix of hands-on coding, meetings with product stakeholders and team technical discussions.

About you:

You’ll have:

• 3-5 years of Salesforce Development experience including Apex and Lightning Web Components.

• Understanding of architectural design patterns and frameworks with strong computer-science fundamentals.

• Provable experience integrating with 3rd-party APIs

• Provable experience with UI frameworks (e.g. Salesforce Lightning Design System)

• Robust knowledge of Salesforce’s security capabilities

• Familiarity with Salesforce packaging options

You’ll be:

• Innovative and have an open-minded problem-solving approach.

• Able to define solution options, provide estimates on effort and risk, and evaluate technical feasibility.

• Able to rapidly prototype and build robust, scalable solutions and to discern which approach is appropriate for meeting defined objectives.

• Capable in supporting QA teams with test plans, root cause analysis and defect fixing

• An excellent communicator, both in writing and conversation from a client facing/C-level interaction perspective

It may be advantageous to also have these skills:

• Salesforce Platform Developer (I & II) and Javascript Developer Certifications

• Hands on experience with other cloud solutions (AWS preferred)
