Urgent hiring of IELTS Trainer (Full time – Remote job opportunity)Jobs description; Facilitate students for an end to end preparation of IELTS. Should be able to handle the multiple batches for online training. Managing the class; preparing the lessons to be delivered to the students. Correct Writing tasks of students and provide specific feedback on the areas of improvement as per the template provided. Conduct Speaking assessments as per guidelines and give feedback as per the template provided. Training students to acquire their respective scores and develop excellent service. Understand all areas of the course syllabus provided and self-updating on the latest exam trends. Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the students Understand specific gaps students have and design strategies to overcome the same Track weekly improvement of students on the areas of the gap and participate in counselling sessions with students.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED; Graduation or Post Graduation in any field At least 5 years of experience in IELTS Teaching Should know the IELTS system well and its exams. CELTA certified preferredSKILLS REQUIRED; Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve results. Excellent command of spoken and written English Presentation and Teaching Skills and ability to communicate effectively with students.
