Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Success Associate. The candidate should be:

• Proficient in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in ORM / Social Listening is a plus.
• She will manage the queries of our existing clients.
• Provide refresher trainings.
• Help in the on-boarding of new clients by providing them training and setting up of the accounts.
• Actively reach out to existing customers to explain new features of Konnect Insights software
• Recommend best practices in Social Listening and analytics

Role Requirements

• Excellent Communication skills
• Hands-on experience of working on Excel with knowledge of charting, creating pivots etc
• Understanding of Digital Marketing
