Job Description
Skills (must have)
3 to 6 years of software development experience on SharePoint 2016/2019, Office 365 / SharePoint Online, Web parts, Visual Studio, AJAX, SQL Server, Web services, WCF, SharePoint Designer, SharePoint features, Visual Studio, C# ASP.NET, .Net.Deep knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack with demonstrated expertise on the SharePoint platform and experience with enterprise projects on SharePoint including intranet and extranet portals as well as external web sites.Experience with Lists, Content types, workflows, web parts, etc. Working understanding of web services, Excel services, etc.Experience in SharePoint Application SupportExperience in Azure, power app, power automate.Understanding/ exp with SharePoint search.Experience with creation and modification of master/layout pages, web parts and other components.Professional and consultative mindset with commitment for excellent customer service.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).Flexible to work in shifts on rotation basis 24*5.Tickets handling in ServiceNowWillingness and ability to multi-task
Responsibilities
1. Supporting/Troubleshooting SharePoint applications and responsible for resolving technical issues for consumers, partners, clients or internal stakeholders by addressing issues assigned to them through the ticketing systems using process specifications following operating procedures
2. Customizing the SharePoint Sites as per Business requirement
3. Customizing the SharePoint Sites as per Business requirement
4. Gathering Business requirement and having regular interaction with client
5. Adhere to ITIL process
6. Automation of manual tasks using PowerShell scrip
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
