Société Générale Hiring for Analyst – Middle office Services at Bangalore Full Time

• Manage data (static and dynamic market data) for derivatives products, task linked to valuation/reconciliation on OTC derivatives products.
• Integration of market data into downstream application.
• Data sourcing, data quality, data completeness and data record keeping
• Manage the flow of day-to-day operations
• Facilitate problem solving and RCA in the team
• Provide guidance to the team based on management direction
• Allocating tasks to staff and monitor closely, amend changes wherever necessary
• Establish ownership for the result orientation with regards to the production
• Creation/Updates/Modification of Securities – Very important updation with respect to accuracy and timelines.
• Creation/Update/Modification of SSIs – A crucial operation in terms of time and accuracy. SSIs (Standard Settlement Instructions) are the account details of the Counterparties
• Contribute in achieving teams goals on CIP, Efficiency and Value adds for the year
• Key focus on Client centricity (Onshore and Stake holders)
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Able to handle work pressures and adhered to deadlines
• Able to work in non-standard working hours and during Indian holidays
• Understand the upstream and downstream of MOS
• Ensure the SOP are updated on a timely manner
• Completion of all production activities to be in line with agreed procedures for smooth Audits

• Expertise in OTC products
• Knowledge of vendor applications Bloomberg and Reuters
• Fluent in English/French added advantage
• Meticulous, discipline and process good working attitude through good Team spirit
• Able to handle volume pressures and adhered to deadlines
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Able to work in non-standard working hours and during Indian holidays

Knowledge of local regulations and international Anti-Money laundering guidelines pertaining to sanctions monitoring and compliance
