Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Jalandhar. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, manage employee relations, develop and implement HR policies, and ensure smooth HR management. The role involves coordinating with different departments, assisting in recruitment processes, overseeing employee engagement activities, and maintaining personnel records.

• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
