Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Handle online website inquiries and generate sales through leads by Telecalling and mailing.
Candidate should have good communication skills and can talk to the customers on call in Hindi & English.
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using script.
Answer questions of the customers about products and services of the company
Customer sales executives should understand the customer’s requirements and have to convince the customer to purchase the product and close the lead.
Enter and update customer information in the Database.
Maintain Customer lead Data follow-up on our CRM.

Qualifications:
The applicant should be a graduate from any stream.
Work experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketers or a similar role in the Sales Department will be preferred
He/she should have a good command of English and/or Hindi language & basic Computer skills.
Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks..
