PureBite Pet Food is involved in the manufacturing of Pet Foods and Treats.

Designation- Facility Head/Unit Manager/Factory Manager/Operations Director

Responsibilities –

• Process, Operations and Statutory Compliances
• Overall functioning of all activities
• Client Managements, visits and C-Sat.
• People Management, labour contractors and ancillary support
• Ensure continuous production across all production lines.
• MIS reporting, data tabulations and driving operational and cost efficiency.
• Conduct audits and support externa auditors.
• Responsible for Production Planning and shift/work-flow management.
• Manpower training as and when required.
• Through understanding of all aspects of business operations.

Skills –

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Hindi, Marathi will be an added preference.
• Previous experience in using ERP/SAP modules for operations.
• Should have what it takes to ensure business continuity.
• Understanding of laws around fire, health and safety, pollution, land management etc.
• Forecasting and inventory planning.
• Very ethical with demonstrable integrity.

Qualifications : Post graduate in science/engineering
