POSITION REPORTS TO: SAP Supply Chain Functional Lead

LOCATION: Bangalore

POSITION SUMMARY:

The SAP Functional Analyst- Materials Management will be a member of the Global Support team and provide application support for SAP’s S4 Fashion Solution for the Materials Management module. This position will bring subject matter expertise specific to SAP MM / Master Data including article, vendors and customers. The Functional Analyst will provide end-user support for the SAP S4 MM module, support continuous improvement activities, and interface across PVH’s application administration and architecture team. The Functional Analyst will support various testing activities, including support for project testing, documentation of testing for minor changes, coordination of user testing, etc.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

• Provide functional and technical support including configuration for S4 MM module.

• Engage the internal business customers to identify resolutions for issues raised

• Will primarily support the Business process associated with Purchase Pricing, Inventory Management, Stock Transfer, and Inbound Logistics.

• Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of business area to identify, analyze and resolve problems on ongoing basis.

• Develop functional specification for custom ABAP development, and enlighten the development team of the business requirements.

• Responsible for unit and, integration testing; make changes to configuration or processes based on results while adhering to the agreed upon business requirements.

• Develop and administer user support documentation and provide training /coaching to end-users, guiding the business on the appropriate use of the MM module.

• Sound Knowledge on TMS Inbound/Outbound process.

• Work closely with non-SAP IT groups and outside vendors that need to interface to SAP S/4 MM Module.

• Work with other systems used by the Supply Chain/Retail business users should the need arise.

• This position may require some travel, both domestically and internationally based on project requirements.

DECISION MAKING:

The SAP Functional Analyst will be responsible to recommend business solutions in both process and system improvements of a moderately complex nature.

Must have a high degree of creativity and vision. He/she must be flexible to adapt to changing trends of business and/or ad hoc projects. He/she must be detail oriented. He/she must have strong analytical mind to understand processes, review business operations, and identify system opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

• 5 plus year of experience in designing and implementing SAP Material Management (MM) and business analysis experience. Apparel experience highly preferred.

• 5 plus years of experience working with SAP MM / Master Data / SAP S4 for HANA / SAP CAR / Industry Certification

• Significant experience with incident management, configuration, and testing.

• Should be Strong Team Player who can build relationships across functions to mediate and resolve business.

• Strong experience with SD, Master Data Management, FI, WM integration.

• Experience with incident management and strong understanding of various types across a techno-functional landscape

• Ability to work independently and in team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.

• Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies to solve Business Problems.

• Should possess knowledge on S/4 Hana Fiori Tiles, Launch pad, Transactional Apps.

• Knowledge on interfaces including Idoc and other interfaces highly preferred.

• Required Understanding on technical components for supporting Business process including integration effort within different functional tracks.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.

Skills:

• IT background in functional design and implementation of SAP modules.

• Strong Knowledge of SAP Material Management.

• Knowledge of Integration between SAP Procurement and Inbound Logistics with third party warehouse and inbound logistic solutions.

• Knowledge on TMS Solutions in inbound/outbound Scenarios.

• Strong customer focus orientation and strong planning skills.

• Must have excellent partnership skills and must be able to work with a highly diverse workforce, domestically and internationally.

• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

• Proficient in Visio

• Proficient in Microsoft Project
