OverviewWe are looking for a technical lead who can manage a team of software engineers and deliver high-quality products using C++, Java, and HTML/CSS. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and users. You will also mentor and coach your team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.ResponsibilitiesLead a team of software engineers and oversee the full software development lifecycle.Design and implement software solutions using C++, Java, and HTML/CSS that are scalable, reliable, and secure.Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand the requirements and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.Ensure the quality of the software products by writing unit tests, integration tests, and performing code reviews.Deploy and maintain the software products in various environments using DevOps tools and methodologies.Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or bugs that arise during development or production.Mentor and coach your team members and provide feedback and guidance on their performance and career development.Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in the software industry and adopt best practices and standards.Custom Application related to Genmab. –QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.At least 2 years of experience in software development using C++, Java, and HTML/CSS.Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.Proficient in using various tools and frameworks such as Git, Jenkins, Maven, Spring, Hibernate, Bootstrap, etc.Experience in working with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, etc.Experience in working with web services and APIs such as REST, SOAP, etc.Experience in working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, etc.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)Travel Requirements Not SpecifiedAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?
