Verify the implementation of good documentation practices (GDP)
Verify the content such as formatting issues, alignment, font style, and size, etc.
Header/footer accuracy and consistency, TOC, appendices, indexing, hyperlinking, and overall submission readiness
Identify discrepancies and inform team on the same
Update the QC checklist for all the drafts, sign and share for review
