Job Description :

• Carry out analysis and assessment of the organisation/clients existing software and database management systems and information technology need to identify the shortcomings and proffer solutions to meet clients’ needs within time and cost constraints
• Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
• Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
• Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
• Perform data analysis for generating reports periodically.
• Develop/Maintain an MIS system for customer management and internal communication.
• Provide robust reporting and analytical information support to the management team.
• Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
• Understand customer problems and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues.

Skills:

• Proficient with Excel, and Google Sheets
• Has knowledge of Scripting and Macros
• Pivot tables and building dashboards
• Great visualiser and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of SQL

Salary: ₹380,000.00 – ₹480,000.00 per month
