Job Description & Summary
A career within Corporate Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients meet their tax obligations while managing the impact tax has on their business. You’ll advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, managing working capital, and profit sharing for partners. You’ll also help organisations understand the pricing implications of goods and services between related parties, as well as providing advice on tax implications of deals.
Our team helps our clients improve their tax function to control risk and facilitate better decision making. You’ll focus on helping businesses with tax strategy, ensuring tax compliance, increasing post tax profits, and providing application support to achieve the best corporate tax practices.
This is a role with the TRS practice. The candidate will work on technical content strategy and operations.
Develop a deep understanding of the end user (Learner) needs Define and develop technical content curriculum and structure Lead a team and contribute to the content development efforts; Own the quality and timelines Maintain a Content calendar and ensure timely market launch in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Ensures to follow all processes – Internal reviews (COE, Language etc.), Plagiarism checks to ensure content quality Contribute to the market facing activities of the respective content category Provides timely feedback to leadership to enhance effectiveness of the process Invest in developing innovative frameworks to make the trainings more engaging; Work with content creators to develop Proof of concepts that can be rapidly scaled and applied across Keep track of content that may border obsolescence and ensure necessary updates in collaboration with the content owner Strive to curate differentiation and value across the spectrum of activities – Introducing relevant new content, enhancing the interactive quotient of training modules, gamification, Assessments, identifying best practices (internally & externally) to enhance immersive user experience Regularly engage end user interaction to obtain critical market feedback and changing needs – Use these inputs for critical decisions e.g. Introducing new courses Identify new activities, mechanisms for end user engagement for the specific category; Work towards establishing a community Maintain all relevant documentation and repositories
