Job Description & Summary
A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.
As part of our Internal Firm Services, you’ll provide strategic oversight, manage operations, and develop policies for all aspects of the Administration team.

Job Description
Position
Executive Assistant
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients
Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and assigned stakeholders
Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
Coordinate and support for any events. Coordinate for corporate events to take place outside of the workplace, such as corporate and staff appreciation events
Coordinate for all onsite and offsite events as assigned from time to time
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
Coordinate for all travel bookings for stakeholders
Coordinate for all domestic and international travel related assistance to assigned stakeholders
Work as a back-up in absence of any resource as assigned by Admin Leader
Willing to travel on short notice or as per business requirements
Support helpdesk or any other desk for business services in case of exigencies
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
Strong aptitude along with good academic and professional background
Knowledge of Statistical analysis, Microsoft excel, Word and Power Point
Strong analytical skill of data, data management skill
Manage large data sets; apply basic statistical techniques to understand data
Prior experience of having worked in consulting/analytics environment
Strong communication skills
Team player and an ability to engage well with international clients
Ability to mentor and train junior team members
Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Friendly and professional demeanor
Report to Admin Leader/authorized representative by Admin Leader on all issues or events
Any job assigned by Admin Lead to be taken up for timely closure and be responsible to report the status
