As an Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

• Optimum use of fraud monitoring system/tools used by the client

• Monitoring of transactions & alerts online / real time for fraud detection and prevention.

• Review the transactions that triggered the alert

• Review the response reason whether the account has already been blocked

• Review the transactions history for the particular customer’s profile in the internal systems

• Determine if a particular account requires customer outreach / clear close the alert

• Good communication & interaction skills

• Logical and analytical skills

• Knowledge of MS-Office, preference for excel
