Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery, governance, and execution of central Learning and Development programs
• Monitor program effectiveness and drive learner engagement
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and success
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and subject matter experts
• Track program performance, maintain relevant documentation, and provide regular updates
• Support strategic L&D initiatives including capability building, leadership programs, and innovation projects
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and audit requirements

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to own and drive programs independently
