Roles & Responsibilities:

As an Associate/ Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

· Energy Transition and new technologies including but not limited to BESS, Green Hydrogen, Green Ammonia etc.

· Hydro/ Renewable Energy projects including solar, wind

· Technical and commercial due diligence

· Executing client facing role for Govt. entities/PSUs, utility clients

· Business process understanding of utilities and usage of technologies in the sector

· Financial analysis of various business ventures in the power sector

· Tracking national and state level policies and regulations in power sector

· Understanding of recent and ongoing schemes in power sector (national and state level)

· Support in drafting of policies/ guidelines/ frameworks in power sector

· Support in business development

Mandatory Skill Sets:

· Knowledge about green technologies and energy transition

· Sound understanding in power sector policy/ guidelines and commercial/ financial aspects of the sector

· Past experience in working assignments related to solar/ wind/ hydro project/ pumped hydro storage/ energy storage/ e-mobility/ green hydrogen

· Proficiency in report writing and preparation of presentation- experience in client facing roles

Preferred skill sets:

we expect candidate to demonstrate the following skills:

· Prior experience in management consulting

· Financial Analysis and financial modelling

· Experience of handling government clients/ utilities

Experience: 2-8 years of relevant experience

Qualification: BE/ B. Tech./ M. Tech/ MBA/ CA or equivalent

Location:

• Kolkata, West Bengal

Note- Candidate should be comfortable with extensive travelling.
