Job Description & Summary
A career in Infrastructure and Property, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to be a part of developing and managing the PwC operational infrastructure that allows us to support our people and our clients. We focus on all aspects of internal infrastructure services from real estate site selection, facilities management, and physical security to managing relationships with Firm travel partners and event planning.

Position: Associate 
Location: Gurgaon, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai
Role and Responsibilities: –
 Relevant experience of event management – minimum 4-5 years in Corporate but not as sales or commercial person. (Hotel Operations & event Detailing)
 Good connect / network with hotels and banquet teams in respective cities
 Should have basic knowledge of vendor PO/ payments/ reconciliation etc. 
 Client Handling and Showcasing high standards of service delivery 
 Flexible to take back-to-back events during peak time 
 Good MIS / IT skills 
 Willing to travel to accompany the group to provide end to end support
 Basic Business Etiquette 
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualification: –
 Graduate Degree or Diploma in Hospitality would be an added advantage
 4 to 5 years of experience in handling events or corporate groups
 03 Years of relevant experience of client handling in the similar domain
 Good communication skills
 Strong Interpersonal skills
