Job Responsibility:

• Daily coordination with patients basis of the treatment advised by them.
• Help patient to understand the value of treatment (Convincing patient to commit to treatment)
• Explain the payment structure of the respective procedures/investigations to patients in detail.
• Maintain counselor reports daily (Advice, Conversion and Patient-wise data).
• Coordinating with finance department (Invoices, Getting Discount Approval, Billing).
• Establishing a tone of empathy that helps to resolve any patient complaints or conflicts.
• Follow up with patients at all stages.
• Doctor for life – Responsible for long term relationship management with the patient.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Any HSC/Graduate
• Must know Microsoft Excel
• Must be able to work under stress
• Software Efficiency

Shift Timing: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 12 Noon to 8:00 PM, (should be flexible with the shifts)

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
