Key Activities:

• Manage all accounting transactions.
• Timely issue of invoices to customers.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure timely bank payments & Bank reconciliation.
• Audit financial transactions and documents.
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations.

• Finance Team – India
• Finance Team – US

Typical Education and Work Experience required:

• B.com / M.com / CA inter
• 2+ years working experience within Finance functions esp. in a complex and dynamic environment
• Sufficient knowledge of Accounting / Taxation
• Sufficient knowledge in MS office
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Maturity dealing with challenging situations and a fast-paced business.
• High integrity and trusted personality
• Proficiency in written and spoken English to communicate with peers in rest of the world.
