Key Job Responsibilities
1. Secretarial work, Board Meetings and AGM Work of BIL and its subsidiaries
2. Compliances under Listing Agreements and SEBI
3. Compliance under various Labour Laws
4. Liaison with the ROC, SEBI and other authorities
5. Audit related matters
6. Various MIS
Education Qualification
Company Secretary, L.L.B from reputed university(optional)

1. Excellent Subject Knowledge
2. Command over the language
3. Excellent drafting skills
Experience (yrs)
Experience:
1. Have worked with listed company/Practicing Company Secretary
2. Having sound knowledge of compliances sof a listed company.
3. Having acknowledge of XBRL filing Roles and Responsibilities
