General Summary:

General Responsibilities :-

• Understanding of OTC process

• Addressing complex collection situations, and drive towards resolution

• Responsible to review outstanding balances for each customer assigned for the responsible portfolio and share the status with internal/external stakeholders, diligently following the escalation matrix

• Ability to identify potential risks and proactively addressing them to the higher management

• Exposure to accounting terms and the ability to assess a customer’s creditworthiness

• Manage order release effectively with proven justification and bring it up for further approvals as required

• Preparing SOX controls / monthly metrics with no deviation

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet short deadlines

• Stakeholder engagement, ability to communicate effectively and understand situations

• Flexibility to work staggered hours as required

• Ability to work as a team

Skill sets required :-

5+ years of relevant experience

Problem solving & Analytical thinking

Understanding of ERP systems and the integration of the finance modules within Oracle SAP

Excellent verbal and communication skills

A thorough thought process is required to think on one’s feet and make sound decisions

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 2+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
