General Summary:
· Master’s degree in Engineering with relevant major subjects.
· Outstanding ability of C/C++ language
· Hands-on technical experience in developing drivers and firmware. Experience working with low memory systems and code/data optimization. Hands on experience on Data structures. Good knowledge of OS theory and system architecture.
· Working and Implementation knowledge on wireless industry standards (IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax) and RF will be a strong plus.
· Good academic background in the areas of wireless communications on both MAC and PHY Level will be an added advantage.
· Strong Analytical, Programming and Debugging Skills.
· Post-Si Bring-up and working experience will be considered as added advantage.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with specialization in Computer Science, Electronics, or Information Systems.
• 6-8 years of relevant hands-on technical experience in Software Engineering or related work experience.
• 6-8 years of experience with Programming Language such as C, C++.
As part of the HW Systems Group in Qualcomm, you will be designing, developing, unit testing, bug fixing and maintaining WLAN firmware components that implements functional aspects of WLAN features to be utilized for the Validation of the Wifi MAC Features and functionalities.
As part of this team, you will be working on cutting edge WiFi technologies, co-work with Hardware designer and Validation engineers to verify hardware (MAC) features and debug hardware (MAC) issues.
