Job DefinitionTeam Reporting to Director /CEO,Making Minutes of Meeting , ongoing operations Planning and Follow Up, Follow up on action points, prepare PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings, be the face of the office of the CEO and handle it with almost honesty, confidentiality and sincerity.Job TypeFull time/Company’s payrollExperienced Required01 to 3 YearsSalaryAs per industry norms + Attractive Incentives StructureReporting toCEO / DirectorRoles & Responsibilities1) Primary Responsibilities: Assist the CEO of the company in his day to day routine in areas such as administrative assistance, presentations, emails, daily routine written communication, follow up with clients, keep good relations with prime customers, diary maintenance, inter-departmental coordination and any other task assigned by the CEO from time to time.2) Coordinate with employees and HOD’s for various action points. Advice the Boss on important organizational and strategic decisions as and when required. Any other task assigned by the Chairman time to time.3) Management Information System-You should develop an information system so that owner of the company can get information. For this ,you should have knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Google Sheets Etc.4) Annual Operating Plan of the CompanyThis includes what new products are coming, what are the sales revenue in the coming year,in which geographical area we are expand if how will we do marketing ,which new manpower we will hire etc.The entire vision of the next year should be documented and see if the company is making profits or losses. If the loss is short term then from where it will be funded.5) Review and Target SettingEvery month you should do and exercise with your Team where you should see how your last month went? How many targets were achieved? How many nos do ? And what and where the challenges were ? You should review it for CEO.6) DocumentationAll the instructions formal letter that are coming from the partners should be received and replied by EA. You will support you in all legal documentation.7) Follow UpsThe meetings that will be done and task assigned to leaders ,department heads need to be followed up maybe one a weekly basis or Daily basis by You.9) Audits-All the Transactions and Processes to be follow must be audited by EA.Check for any theft, intentional mistakes happen in the company and controlled by EA.10) Special ProjectsIf company CEO want to do any special project this project is assign this to you ( EA).EA will take care of all viability ,feasibility, risk in it and will also do the SWOT analysis of it.11) Customer FeedbackEA should take the Customer Feedback from Sales and Service people.EA is to take feedback from the Customers and note down the feedback and make suggestion to Team to improve the Products better.12) Supports in Financial DecisionEA must take intiative in distributing incentives in the company ,or gove your channel partners or Team more incentives then it will be supported by EA.Companies all investment and decisions ,financial cost benefit analysis will be done by EA.This TAS the pass out appointed EA after 3-4 years takes an important leadership position in the company like VP Marketing, VP Finance.External- Going for clients meetings if required to understand their requirements and coordinate for implementation of the agreed projects with clients and strategic partners.Travel coordination, payment coordination and communicate the same to the internal authorities for necessary actions.Manage appointments, follow up actions and communicate agendas for meetings to concerned people and keep follow up till end.SKILLS REQUIRED1) Strong Analytics-He / She should be Strong in analytics and able to track all the activities like Sales , Cost incurred on Salaries,Marketing with numbers.Capable enough to analyse and tell CEOhow much is invested ,how much wend out, how much money is wasted etc.2) Technology OrientedVery Good in Excel and Google Sheets and Tableau3) Business and Legal intelligenceYou must have Legal intelligence.verification of all documents signed by CEO.Understand and access company risk.Can follow up with lawyers for document verifications and also can give him inputs.4) Follow Ups with LeadersEA should follow up with Leaders and Department Heads for–Task assigned to them-will write minutes of meeting5) Drives initiatives on CEO BehalfYou should have the capability to take new initiatives and can bring new though process on your behalfQualification RequiredGraduate with a secretarial certification from a reputed institute.Excellent personality and communication skills, good command over language, good knowledge of MS -office, skilled in written communication, very good with coordination and interpersonal relationships.People management skill and must be able to daily operations, meeting -dialy -monthly and reporting to CEO.Self-driven and enthusiastic and go getter personality.Growth OpportunitiesWe are in expansion phase of Packaging automation and equipment’s divisions So deserving candidate will have long term opportunity with very good salary and stability.
