Roles & Responsibilities
1) Primary Responsibilities: Recruitment Planning and sourcing the Talent through different agencies and find out the right candidate as per Job Description in the given time.
2) Arranging the 2nd Interview round with the Director in given time.
3) Reference check and analysis of the candidate
4) Salary negotiation and fit the Right Talent in the Targeted company Budget or Below Budget .
5) Provide reports to management regularly and as may be required from time to time.
Align with business by engaging proactively with business leaders and their respective team members.
Effective Implementation of HR Policies & Strategies to achieve the business goals.
Manage Employee Life Cycle Events proactively
2) Induction and Joining –After the successful formalities completion
1) Document Verification
2) Making the NDA Bond with candidate and Induction and Joining formalities completion.
3) Making the Introduction of the Candidate with all Team Mates.
4) Clarification of the Company Work Procedure & Policy
5) Clarification of the Job Role and Responsibilities
6) Clarification of the Work Cycle and Task assign
3) Performance Management-
1) Write down KRA and KPI for each Job Role along with the Performance appraisal format and explain to each Team member.
2) Tracking Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting structure and find out all Team Members are working as per designed system.
3) Find out the Problems/ Changes required and update accordingly
4) Continuously motivate Team members for their Job role.
5) Making the Healthy relationship with the Team members and take care of their day today work needs.
6) Align all Team Mates towards comman company Goal
7) Develop Happy and Healthy Work culture in the company.
6) Working all the Team to achieve Company Goal by Strategy.
and HOD’s for various action points. Advice the Boss on important organizational and strategic decisions as and when required. Any other task assigned by the Chairman time to time.
4) Training and Goal Setting-
1) Design the Annual Training Calender
2) Find out the Gap / Skill / Knowledge gap in the Teammates by one to one meeting with them and design specific a Training to him / her internally / Externally.
3) Making Cultural activity Plan and Reward scheme.
Review and Target Setting
Every month you should do and exercise with your Team where you should see how your last month went? How many targets were achieved? How many nos do ? And what and where the challenges were? You should review it for CEO.
5) Documentation
Design and develop different relevant documents and charts ,PPTs, Videos for the whole HR –Training and presentation work..
Follow Ups
Different kind of activities / Tasks to be given by CEO / Head followed up and updated in the given time line .
Follow up and updating of the Tasks and Activities from the Team Members maybe daily, weekly ,Monthly basis .
6) Employee Engagement –
-Effectively identify and implement employee connect platforms to support business and proactively address issues and grievances.
– Employee Engagement Survey-Interact with teams/ individuals as part of formal/ informal groups and bring about changes/ improvements.
-Identify and manage performance as per the organisational performance philosophy.
– Supported L&D team in implementing key strategies and initiatives
7) Audits-
Making Role wise different Audit formats and do take the Audits for each Team member 15 days & Monthly Basis and update to management.
10) Special Projects
If company CEO want to do any special project this project is assign this to you
You will take care of all viability, feasibility, risk in it and will also do the SWOT analysis of it.
11) Customer Feedback
HR should take the Customer Feedback from Sales and Service people.
Hr is to take feedback from the Customers and note down the feedback and make suggestion to Team to improve the Products better.
Hr should call and visit to some specific customers (in specific Nos/Month)
To take the Feedback of the Sales Team / Backoffice Team and Despatches
Etc and update Feedback into the CRM.
External- Going for clients meetings if required to understand their requirements and coordinate for implementation of the Feedback Changes.
SKILLS REQUIRED
1) People Skill-He/ She should have very Good people skill .
2) Strong Analytics-He / She should be Strong in analytics and able to track all the activities of Teammates and analyse them.
3) Passionate about the Team Sourcing and Development continuously.

You should have the capability to take new initiatives and can bring new process on your behalf
Qualification Required
Graduate with a MBA in HR qualification from a reputed institute.
Excellent personality and communication skills, good command over language, good knowledge of MS -office, skilled in written communication, very good with coordination and interpersonal relationships.
People management skill and must be able to daily operations, meeting -daily -monthly and reporting to CEO.
Self-driven and enthusiastic and go getter personality.
