Quality & Food Safety Consultants Hiring for NPD/Lab Executive at Bengaluru, Karnataka Full Time
As a Lab Executive, you will be responsible for managing the lab and carrying out the basic physio chemical and microbiological tests for the samples related to shelf life study and also study to product characteristics to come up with strategies to extend the shelf life. You will be expected to participate in development of new product formulations, create trial products and carry out sensory studies. You will be required to do comparative studies of various testing equipment and kits and share detailed finidings. You may also be asked to conduct audits at the client site.
Qualification: Master’s in Microbiology, or Food Science and Technology with 1-4 years experience in the area of running a lab/creating new products, studying testing equipment. Knowledge of regulations on food and food safety management systems will be an advantage.
