Job Description:
Position: Packing Supervisor

Location: Sanand -Ahmedabad

Experience: 4 -6 Years

Industries: Agro chemical

Responsibilities:
Monitor packaging room activities according to pre approved instructions through safe plant operation activities adopting the good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedure.

Monitor the packing batch for quality and quantity with appropriate logging of the data in the approved formats as per standard Operating Procedures and reconcile inventory of packing material and product on day to day basis.

Ensure housekeeping as per 5S systems and good manufacturing practices in the packing section

Coordinates with the team members, interdepartmental and supervise the activities of the contract manpower for packing.

Enrolls for relevant learning / development programs to bridge competency gaps and provide training to contract manpower.

Perform the task assigned by the supervisor or management for any other job roles and responsibilities as per business needs.

Ensure SAP entries are done on time and conversant with the SAP modules used in the packaging.

Ensure that relevant regulatory observations are complied and CAPA are effectively implemented in the department.
