Qualysec Technologies is seeking for an experienced and creative Social Media Executive with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing social media platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting compelling content, analysing performance metrics, and driving engagement to enhance brand visibility and audience connection.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement creative social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.

Create engaging and original content, including graphics, videos, and captions, tailored to each platform.

Manage day-to-day posting, monitoring, and interactions with followers to foster community engagement.

Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, clicks) and prepare regular reports.

Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to align social media activities with overall marketing campaigns.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.

Handle social media crises or negative feedback professionally and promptly.

Research and identify opportunities for brand collaboration or influencer partnerships.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and their functionalities.

Proficiency in tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, or similar social media management tools.

Solid understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools such as Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, etc.

Creativity with an eye for design and aesthetics.

Experience in running paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

Knowledge of SEO and how social media content impacts it.
