Job Description

• Entrusted with the responsibility of independently handling of Accounts.
• Co-ordination with Banks & NBFCs, finding new opportunities and improvements in process.
• Handling of day-to-day routine payment checking, scrutiny of accounts with the statutory auditors and other related work.
• Responsibility of Business Accounting i.e. Payables, Fund Management, Daily MIS.
• Development and implementation of new computerized system for better and easy working.
• Document verification pertaining to Invoicing, Purchase, Cash, Bank, and Accounting.
• Ensuring financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted procedures and principles.
• Supervision & Reconciliation of receivables & resolve subsequent issues.
• Looking after Statuary compliance regarding TDS, GST, PF, PT etc.
• Handling Statutory Audit, Internal Audit & Ensuring implementation of Audit recommendations. Setting up required process/practices to adopt relevant changes accordingly.
• Apart from this doing the other Accounts related work assigned by HOD time to time, ROC work with Internal & Statuary Auditors as well.
• Responsible for creating B2B & B2C Sales invoice, PO/ RO creation through EPR system, pending student fee reconciliation, periodic payment reminders, Vendor management.
• To administer all documentation in relation to the invoicing and receipt of payment from debtors, keeping with the current Finance Policy and Procedures.
• Documentation related to regulatory and statutory filings.
• Working knowledge of payment gateway functionality and resolution of the issues arising in gateway.
• Maintaining and creation of various MIS related to finance & accounts, fee receivables, etc.
• Working with Sales and support team for pre-enrollment and post- enrollment activities and process adherence.
• Good knowledge management and financial reporting.
• Drafting and scrutinizing the various incoming and outgoing contracts, developing and cross-checking the relevant terms and conditions, compliance adherence, etc.

Skills Required

• Must be highly motivated with an ability to take ownership.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and Consistency.
• Strong analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Hands on experience on Advance Excel & MS Office tools.
• Working knowledge with ERP/SAP will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal Skills
• Basic knowledge of Direct and Indirect taxation

Educational Qualification

• UG- B.Com – Commerce
• PG- MBA/PGDM – Finance, Inter-CA, M.Com
• Course certification in Finance & Accounts

Pay: ₹300,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
