Design, plan and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company’s brand image and values. Create a calendar and publish engaging content on a regular basis across different channels while catering to a global audience
Effectively collaborate with marketing, sales, media and product teams. Ensure consistency in brand voice, layout, style and overall design.
Be solely responsible for promoting brand awareness and meet all the KPIs set.
Establish effective communication with end-users and respond to queries in a timely manner.
Research and stay updated on the latest trends, new media platforms, and updates, and incorporate in the marketing plan.
Network, outreach and establish strong relationships with influencers
Generate and analyse reports to understand trends and optimise engagement
Requirements
:
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Marketing/Public Relations or relevant field
Proven experience and excellent track record in content development and brand promotions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Enthusiastic, creative, pro-active and up-to-date on trends
Knowledge and experience with social media measurement tools and Google Analytics
Critical thinker, problem-solver and good time management skills
