Encourage teamwork within the sales and operations team and be an example to other sales professionals. Maintain integrity and honesty and deal ethically with customers no matter the situation. Promptly submit orders and follow-through to ensure customer requests are honored on time. Create and deliver sales talks / messages that are compelling, accurate, and informative. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily calls + sales reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by updating through latest information on the concerned product and services. Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets. Responsible for supporting Sales Coordinator for maintaining database, update DSR timely. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent tele calling skills. Excellent negotiation & selling skills. Experience of data mining through online research.
