Job Description

: In-house Recruiter – IT & Engineering.
Key Responsibilities;

• Responsible for end to end recruitment(Sourcing to Induction)
• Identify, source and screen candidates from engineering background.
• Build relations with the colleges and conduct/participate recruitment events and hire suitable talent from colleges.
• Source candidates using resume databases, Job Boards, Social media, networking, and head hunting.
• Conduct telephone interviews to pre-screen candidates, scheduling interviews and assisting with travel arrangements for candidates.
• Update and maintain applicant tracking database in recruiting automation tool
• Work with other recruiters and hiring managers from QuEST office locations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree science or engineering
• Minimum 3-6 years of experience in full cycle of recruiting engineering professionals.
• Must have a positive attitude that quickly adapts to process changes and improvement suggestions.
• Strong understanding of current and emerging technology positions and trends, with the capacity to keep pace with changes within technology profession.
• Proven ability to build and implement successful, creative approaches to talent acquisition, with knowledge of the latest innovative recruiting resources and techniques
• Must have experience and comfort cold calling candidates at all levels
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong analytical, evaluation, persuasive, and negotiation skills
