Roles & Responsibilities:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent

• Working experience in Harness creation – creating Electrical Harness routing using CREO 3.0 or above

• Understand design requirements related to electrical systems and components in aero engine and carry out concept design and detailed design tasks

• Create electrical wiring harness and Circuit Schematics Design

• Electrical Harness Routing in 3D tool (Creo 3.0) – Creo 3.0 Routing Module for Electrical Harness Design

• Create electrical assemblies, route multi-branches, route wires, and create drawings of the electrical harness assemblies

• Design harnesses, create bundle segments and connect them to electrical components, bonding of electrical equipment within CREO

• Create schematics and layouts in AutoCAD or any other CAD tool and create simulations of the system using electrical design simulation tools

• Participate in design reviews, interact with mechanical and manufacturing engineers to ensure design for manufacturability

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Design & drafting of Single line diagrams (SLD), Power Circuits & Control Circuits based on customer specification including electrical technical data and cable details associating with Multiline Schematic & 3D model Routing

• Experience using CREO for completing Electrical harness routing, wire flattening, bonding all the equipment etc

• Good hand-on skills of creating electrical schematic drawings, layouts and simulations

• Knowledge of how to manage the branch points, protections and links, in harness design

• Experience in Electrical Schematics design & drafting

• Knowledge of Primary & Secondary Power Distribution, Power Conversion and Energy Storage of various Electrical System Design & Detailing

• Power & Control Schematic, GA & Base Plate Drawings, Terminals Layout drawings, PLC Loop Drawings, Cable detailing, Flatten route diagram

• Desirable to have experience in PLC Programming, Control Panel design, and design of various controls
