Roles & Responsibilities:

• Roles & Responsibilities:Graduation or post-graduation in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 8-15 years’ experience in finite element analysis (FEA) especially in turbomachinery domain.• Hands on experience on linear/non-linear static analysis• Hands on experience in performing vibrational analysis like modal, harmonic and random vibration• Required experience in calculating bolted joints, Weld assessment and Fatigue life. Knowledge of EN standards and Euro codes will be added advantage• Candidate should be proficient in hand calculations and good with engineering fundamentals.Other Responsibilities:• To coordinate, support and review non-technical aspects of opportunities, proposals and projects with compliance to existing project management processes, and to guide and develop engineers on their individual career paths. Support overall team business health by monitoring and ensuring sufficient workload balance.• Draft proposals for new opportunities and iterate as required with customers to win work.• Leverage customer relationships and cross-sell to acquire more projects through ongoing and pilot projects (Delivery Led Growth)• Managing projects in IPMS in accordance with GPF process, as measured by APEX compliance reports• Monitor project health and scope creep and adjust project plans accordingly• Measurement and Analysis related activities including, RCA’s & identifying the improvement actions• Work with team members and technical leads to manage project schedule and budget requirements• Coaching & mentoring to build the next level of leaders, tracking mandatory training compliance• Manage team workload to maximize yield• Track and report team metrics (yield, workload forecast, revenue) to manager• Performance reviews for team membersDesired Skills:• Ansys Classic and Ansys Workbench• APDL scripting• Python and Matlab coding is added advantageOther detailsAssociate Degree-Mechanical Engineering
