Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with wells, production & reservoir engineering teams to monitor and validate Well Production surveillance data.

• To manage, interpret, and integrate data associated with Artificially Lifted wells (office based role).

• To write reports on investigations/findings in accordance with the scope and send for review.

• Compliance check on reports in accordance with the scope and approve.

• Database management using SharePoint other Document Control Databases.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree from a recognized university in Petroleum or Chemical engineering.

• 6-9 years of oil and gas experience in related industry (Upstream/ Drilling/ Artificial Lift/oil & gas).

• Work closely with production & reservoir engineering teams to monitor and validate Well Production Performance/ surveillance data.

• To manage, interpret, and integrate data associated with wells.

• Create and maintain up-to-date support documentation and troubleshooting logs.

• Experience in Quality Assurance/ Quality Control of well data.

• Value Addition to the customer through existing engagement.

• Managing with necessary reports to customer and internal reports as required.

• Mentoring younger engineers to achieve organizational goals.

• Supporting the team with technical clarifications.

• Customer focus to obtain good CSAT score as required.

• Good interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with the other teams.

• Good planning and prioritization skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Should be a team player.

• Able to work in shift hours.

Desired Skills:

• Exposure to upstream oil and gas production industry & wellsite operations/ Artificial Lift techniques and Upstream Facilities Engineering activities.

• Ability to LEAD multiple teams independently.

• Experience in variety of artificial lift solutions is a plus.

• Good written and communication skills.
