Roles & Responsibilities:
Support day to day administration of (WebCAT LMS) through the creation of new courses/Modules, roster management and eLearning content testing.
Development and maintenance of a knowledge base and supporting documentation regarding administrative access and functions of the LMS.
Creates training activities (ILT, CBT, WBT), manages documents and other supported activities.
Create test scenarios and assist project team members in performing tests to ensure all processes work according to predetermined goals.
Support other LMS administrators with testing content, enhancements and general system functionality.
Work with stakeholders around to develop and assignee program roadmap to ensure that courses are delivered into the LMS and made available to learners in a timely manner.
Own, Identify, research and resolve help desk user questions and issue and track in system.
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
Learning, Development & training background, passionate about making learning an stimulating and empowering experience.
Experienced in digital content development, workflows. Advanced expertise in Content Building
Designing and delivering learning design solutions based on business needs.
Ability to collaborate with others at all levels of the organization
Strong verbal and written communication skills
