Roles & Responsibilities:
To be part of HR Operations team managing the Leave Management process
Ensure the set process are adhered to by internal stakeholders
Responsible for monthly and yearly leave reconciliation process
Share the monthly payroll inputs based on internal LMS tool reports and maintain the trackers
Send out monthly timeline communications on shift allocations and attendance
Share any ad hoc reports from LMS tool as required
Responsible for attendance management system and leave application
Support on any special projects and initiatives within People Function
