Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of 50+ engineers to deliver production programs for automotive Customer.

• Interacting with customer and establish good rapport to have a healthy pipeline of projects.

• Own the revenue targets of assigned program

• Managing the profitability in the assigned projects, aligned with the organization expectation.

• Interacting with team members to ensure smooth execution of project; ensuring adherence to quality processes throughout the implementation phases of the project.

• Implementing delivery frameworks and build team for new technology projects to ensure delivery growth.

• Ensure employee satisfaction, plan team building activities and support for career growth of team

• Plan strategies for program /account growth

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Overall 15+ years of experience in IT industry and 5+ years of experience in software project management.

• Experience in project planning, schedule development, scope management and cost management for projects with 50+ engineers.

• Have track record of good customer focus, based on openness, trust, and delivering on promises.

• Experience in managing risks and issues effectively to put programs/projects on track.

• Experience in building development team with clear focus on technical and performance goals of the individuals.

• Experience in driving business meetings with customers and presenting program status/resource plan/proactive ideas for new work

• Proven ability in building a new account or existing account to multi-fold growth

Desired Skills:

• Automotive program management experience
