Job Description :

Role Purpose:

– To manage and scale India team/s supporting Engineering activities related to upstream Operations of Oil & Gas Business.

– Build and maintain existing customer relationships in the Oil & Gas domain and leverage it to acquire more projects for the domain/Delivery Led Growth

– Liaise with Technical stream to build competence of team members in the Oil & Gas domain by creating platforms to share knowledge and implementing new technology

– Adhere to QMS, Customer specific processes, specifications and standards

– Appraise, coach and develop subordinates to improve their skills in the technical area and deliver projects better and faster

Job Description:

– Lead, drive and champion for the team and manage the program to meet business objective.

– Superior Project/Program management to deliver all projects to success

– Should support team to be an active participant in Organizational / CoE initiatives from technical perspective KPI reporting / Budgeting

– Business Excellence aspects- Revenue, CM, QuEST Branding, Resource Management & Utilisation, Cost Optimisation Plan the manpower, material and financial requirement for the domain/service for optimum Resource Management & Cost Optimisation

Qualifications : 12+ year experience in an Engineering role / industry Having hands on operations experience.
